Film Invasion Los Angeles (FILA) offers a unique opportunity for businesses — local, national & international — to raise brand awareness among the moviegoing and filmmaking community while supporting the arts.  Additionally, FILA is presented by The Discover Indie Film Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit for the arts, making all sponsorships and donations tax deductible for USA residents and companies.

FILA is ranked in the Top 100 Best Reviewed Festivals on FilmFreeway, the premiere festival submission platform globally.

Additionally, the Covid-19 pandemic created an opportunity for the festival to grow as a “hybrid festival,” with theatrical screenings and online screenings.  This increases the reach of FILA sponsors well beyond the thousands who attend in person to a global audience.

Premiere Sponsorship

Premiere sponsorship creates a brand presence at all levels of the festival – rate $2500.

    • Theatrical advertisement – your 15 second ad will be included at the opening of every theatrical screening at the weeklong festival, as well as at the opening of every virtual screening
    • Virtual advertisement – your 15 second ad will be included at the opening of every virtual screening, available globally to audiences watching online
    • Red carpet  – your logo will be featured on the FILA stand & repeat banner where thousands of photos are taken every year
    • Title card, screenings  – your logo, with website url and social media handle, will be featured on the Sponsors title card shown at the beginning and end of every screening, theatrical and virtual
    • Title card, Q&A’s  – every film screened at FILA receives its own Q&A which is recorded on 4K video and permanently presented on the FILA website and video pages.  These Q&A’s are watched for years by fans of films seeking more information.  This Sponsors card with the logo, website url and social media handle of every Sponsor remains permanently for that year’s Q&A’s, even if sponsorship involvement changes.
    • Festival passes – Premiere Sponsors receive 10 All-Access festival passes, which are transferable and branded with the Sponsor’s name.  Passes include access to screenings and mixers.
    • Virtual passes – Premiere Sponsors receive a code for free access to all virtual screenings, perfect for movie buffs who do not have time to attend a theater all week

Theatrical Sponsorship

Theatrical sponsorship creates a brand presence at all live events – rate $1000.

    • Theatrical advertisement – your 15 second ad will be included at the opening of every theatrical screening at the weeklong festival, as well as at the opening of every virtual screening
    • Red carpet  – your logo will be featured on the FILA stand & repeat banner where thousands of photos are taken every year
    • Title card, screenings  – your logo, with website url and social media handle, will be featured on the Sponsors title card shown at the beginning and end of every screening, theatrical and virtual
    • Festival passes – Theatrical Sponsors receive 10 All-Access festival passes, which are transferable and branded with the Sponsor’s name.  Passes include access to screenings and mixers.

Awards Sponsorship

Awards sponsors create a brand presence at all the festival by presenting a prize for a specific award at the festival – rate $500-$1000 depending upon the goods, services, or cash prize presented to the award winner.

    • Red carpet  – your logo will be featured on the FILA stand & repeat banner where thousands of photos are taken every year
    • Title card, screenings  – your logo, with website url and social media handle, will be featured on the Sponsors title card shown at the beginning and end of every screening, theatrical and virtual
    • Festival passes – Premiere Sponsors receive 10 All-Access festival passes, which are transferable and branded with the Sponsor’s name.  Passes include access to screenings and mixers.

Extended Reach: Film Invasion Los Angeles is held every June.  The Discover Indie Film Foundation also presents the Sherman Oaks Film Festival every November.   All sponsorship levels can be extended to both festivals with only a 50% increase in the sponsorship rate.
